I am still newly adjusting to the school and color change as I graduated from Post Falls, however Craig went to Lakeland until his Junior year so he is used to "Green and Gold Day." Apparently after Craig and I graduated, Lakeland and Post Falls started a sporting event they call Prairie Pig. Each school has spirit week along with raising money or food for a charity of their choice. Post Falls raised money for the food bank and Lakeland raised money for St. Vincent De Paul. This year Prairie Pig was held at a basketball game (I am not sure if the sport is always basketball). Along with trying to "out do" each other raising money for their charities, they have a "screaming match" at the game. Last year when it was at Lakeland, Lakeland won, however this year it was held at Post Falls and yup Post Falls won. But all this to tell you that is the reason Alex is all decked out. All in all she had a great time even though they lost.
