The snow is melting- mostly due to the number of candles on Devlin's cake! Where does the time go? We celebrated his twelfth birthday at home, next year when he is 13 he will have a party, with our beautiful family. Craig took Devlin out for the day, they went to Cabela's and shot the guns then headed to the Valley Mall for some fun and birthday shopping. Dev picked out a DC sweatshirt after not being able to find a game he wanted. We ate pizza for dinner and I made an oreo ice cream cake, as Devlin requested. Then after watching Monster Trucks on tv, we played a couple games of Pit. I couldn't win, Gabrielle had the cards I needed and she wasn't catching on like the others. She is only five so I put her on my lap and we were a team. Still didn't win, but I was close. Craig and Devlin dominated amongst the chaos.
Ha- that is root beer! Nice try Devlin.
